Quality
Profruit is committed to producing high quality juice that meets the requirements set out by the Australian and New Zealand Food Safety Code, WHO patulin limits, the USA Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act and customer requirements.
Profruit staff have a strong technical background and are committed to quality and service. The juicing process is situated indoors, greatly enhancing the ability to produce consistent high quality product.
Each batch of juice produced is analytically and microbiologically tested, producing a certificate of analysis. Representative and pre-shipment batch samples are available on request for approval.
HACCP
Profruit is certified and processing under HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) standards.
HACCP is a preventative system that ensures safer food products for consumers. To ensure safer food, the HACCP system is designed to identify hazards, establish controls, and monitor them.
Organic
Profruit produces a range of organic juices in accordance with the requirements of the Bio-Gro Organic Production standards, and to the requirements of BIO-GRO’s IFOAM Accredited Programme. These standards comply with the USFDA NOP (National Organic Programme) requirements.
Kosher
All of Profruit’s juices are Kosher and Parev with the exclusion of Passover.
Halal
Profruit complies with New Zealand Islamic Food Mangaement Halal Standards and the Shariah of Islam and so its processed products are suitable for consumption by Muslims.
