Organic Apple Juice Concentrate (Clear 70°Brix)
Organic Apple Juice Concentrate is produced from clean, sound, BioGro certified organic apples. Which are thoroughly washed and graded prior to processing. The primary varieties used include Gala, Braeburn, Fuji, Pacific Series, Pink Lady and Granny Smith.
The resulting 70° Brix Concentrate contains no any added preservatives, acidity regulators, sugars, colourings or flavours.
Manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) these products comply with the New Zealand Food Act 2014 and the United Stated Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
All organic apples are grown in New Zealand, with the majority sourced from the Hawkes Bay region.
Flavour & Aroma
Organic Apple Juice Concentrate has been processed to preserve, as much as possible, the original quality of the natural fruit. The resulting product, when diluted to single strength, shall be typical of apple; clean and free from burnt, caramelised, fermented or other off flavours.
Packaging
Clear Organic Apple Juice Concentrate 70° Brix is available in 200L drums, 1000L crates and 1200L MB6 containers.
Storage
Clear Organic Apple Juice Concentrate 70° Brix is recommended to be stored in a frozen environment (-18°C)
